With the same gas flow and vessel, H₂SZero maintained pipeline spec for 125 days, compared to 21 days with the previous material—a 5.9× improvement in runtime. The switch reduced vessel turnarounds from 17 per year to just 3, minimizing downtime and disposal costs.

55% Cost Reduction

After replacing a liquid triazine system with H₂SZero solid catalyst, the customer achieved 55% lower treated cost per mcf, saving roughly $204,000 annually. The change also improved overall asset efficiency and eliminated the complexity of liquid treating systems.

0 ppm H₂S in Amine Gas Stream

H₂SZero has continuously removed H₂S to 0 ppm from an amine unit acid gas stream for over a year of operation. The solid scavenger system proved stable and reliable under challenging temperature and pressure conditions.

Proven in Propane Treating

In a propane copper strip test application, 8,000 lbs of H₂SZero treated 250,000 barrels of stored propane to achieve a 0 ppm outlet specification. The higher reactivity of H₂SZero enables effective sulfur and mercaptan removal in liquid hydrocarbon and NGL streams.
